Production Facility Tour 

Quality Home's 125,000 square foot production facility is located on 16 acres of land in Kenilworth, Ontario. The facility has the capacity to produce small and large custom or standard order residential homes and cottages. 

The precision assembly process of your home begins here in the climate controlled environment which eliminates any adverse effects of harsh weather. The facility houses state-of-the-art computer-controlled saws and automated framing tables ensuring all measurements and cuts are precise, straight and true - a superior level of quality that is unachievable when building a home manually on a site lot. 

Each work station in the facility is responsible for specific components to ensure quality workmanship and construction efficiency. Floors, walls and roofs are built simultaneously on separate square jigs and then lifted into place. All homes are built with additional structural support ensuring your home remains straight and true during delivery to your pre-determined lot. All aspects of your home are installed by skilled trade professionals on site.
