Finishing Options

Once your home has been delivered to your site, installed on its foundation and secured, all of your selected interior and exterior features will be installed. Your roof, shingles, down pipes and eaves troughs are set in place along with your garage or carport. Inside, the stairs are set in place and all wall systems and flooring are constructed. The furnace system and ducting are connected for heating and air conditioning. All plumbing and electrical hook-ups are also fitted and ready for connection to your site's services.

When the majority of the finishing has been completed, the floor protection is removed and your home receives a final construction cleaning so it is ready for your move-in date. Quality Homes will set up a final inspection to ensure you are completely satisfied with every detail of your new home.
