Your standard high-efficiency system includes:

• High efficiency forced air propane or natural gas furnace including programmable digital thermostat
• Heat recovery ventilation system installed and balanced
• Fuel supply to be supplied and installed by purchaser
• Dehumidifier - operated by homeowner to control humidity levels

Additional custom options such as wood burning combination furnaces, air purification systems and more are available.
