Quality Homes' wall systems are precision built for superior moisture control and maximum energy efficiency. Our computer-controlled equipment cuts and labels our premium lumber for exact cuts and measurements. Our automated jigs and framing tables then ensure walls and floors are straight and true, and screw and nail patterns are perfect. Our craftspeople work within dedicated insulation, drywall and trim carpentry stations so that every detail of your home is completed by building experts throughout the construction process.

Your standard wall system includes: 

Exterior:

1. Premium kiln dried 2" x 6" stud on exterior walls with R20 fiberglass batt insulation
2. Complete air barrier on 7/16" sheathing
3. Designer Profile vinyl siding

Interior:

1. Bathroom walls are insulated for privacy. All ceilings except for bathrooms are texture sprayed with a four inch smooth border.
2. 8' ceiling height throughout
3. All drywall finished with two coats of antique primer

Additional custom options such as cladding, sound resistant walls, wood siding and more are available.
