Delivery of Your Quality Home

The delivery date has arrived.  The foundation is complete, the concrete has cured.  The crane is on-site ready to lift the home into place.

Behind the scenes Quality Homes has taken care of all the required travel permits.   Their trucks and escorts have left the factory and are headed to your site.  On-site the sill gasket is applied to the foundation wall.  Once all the units are unwrapped and notched for crane strapping, the first unit is craned onto the foundation and fastened. This process is repeated until all the units are lifted onto the foundation.  Then Quality's craftsmen ensure all units are perfectly leveled and securely fastened. 

Within hours, the house is aligned and weatherproofing and roofing are installed.  The finishing materials are inventoried and stored on site ready for installation.
