Constructing Your Dream Home

Once you have secured your building permit and your chosen lot is ready for construction, the excavation of your new home can begin. While your foundation footings and walls are poured and back filled, your home is scheduled for construction at Quality Homes' climate controlled production facility. Roof trusses are fabricated, lumber is cut to size, and the precision assembly process begins. 

Our proven, effective process minimizes waste and ensures efficient construction:

1. Floors, walls and the roof are built simultaneously and then lifted into place.
2. Additional structural support is added throughout the construction process ensuring all materials remain straight and true during delivery.
3. All insulation, doors, windows, floor coverings, cabinetry, trim, plumbing and electrical wiring are installed by skilled craftspeople.
4. The interior walls are primed and painted. 
5. The finished units are wrapped in heavy protective plastic.
6. The units are then carefully loaded onto trucks ready for delivery to your chosen lot.
7. When your foundation is ready, your home's units are unwrapped, and each unit is lifted separately onto the foundation with a crane. 
8. Quality Homes' craftspeople level and securely fasten each unit of your modular home.
9. They install weather stripping and your chosen roofing. 
10. Your finishing materials are then inventoried and stored on site ready for installation.
