Drawings & Permits

Once you have selected the plan for your new home, its exterior and interior features and finishes, the details are sent to our drafting department. Using the latest software, your home's architectural drawings are accurately dimensioned and its elevations and floor plans are produced to meet local and provincial building codes.

When the plans are approved, your roof, walls, heating and load-bearing requirements are added. The complete set of engineered drawings and specifications are then sent to our building department. You will be notified when the package is ready for pick-up so you can take it to your local municipal office for a building permit.

When we receive your permit, we will issue you our Homebuyer's Ultimate Guarantee (HUG) certificate. The HUG certificate guarantees the price, quality and delivery date of your new home.
